I came to CST Audio because I was having an issue with the **bass/subwoofer they had previously installed in my car**. My regular speakers were working perfectly fine. The problem was the bass—the “boom” that I was no longer hearing the way I had before. I’m not a car-audio expert. I don’t know every technical term, and that is precisely why I went to a professional. I expected to be able to describe what I was experiencing in plain language and have someone take the time to understand what I meant. Unfortunately, I never really got that opportunity. From the beginning, the employee repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the problem. I was told they could diagnose the vehicle for up to $75, which I understood. I then moved my car around back, **windows down and music playing loudly enough for the issue to be heard**, and left the keys as instructed. I was told I needed to wait inside rather than remain outside while they worked on the car. I complied. I could still see my car from inside, and honestly, I would have preferred to remain outside—not only because I wanted to be available if they had questions, but because the waiting area was not exactly inviting.

Adrian Bowe, one of their "technicians", was seriously rude to my wife. I'm never recommending anyone to go to an establishment with workers as rude as him. I'm currently injured which is the only reason she went by herself. We've been taken care of in the past but hearing this just infuriates. Rolling his eyes, not listening to the rest of her sentense so that he could get a proper explanation of the issue. Then changes out a wire which she didn't even need as the subwoofer volume was the problem, not all the speakers. Then another worker troubleshoots another speaker on the car and it worked. So that's all we needed. Nothing professional about this interaction at all. Definitely never coming back to this establishment ever again in my life.

he put the radio up too high in front of the vents and charge me 180 then turn around charge me another hundred dollars and I called him about the other parts that I need. He never reached out to call back So I wouldn’t recommend them

I was told to come at around 3:30 waited almost 3 hours after being told they would get me in fast as possible that he couldn’t give me a time frame on how much longer wait would be would’ve been nice to receive a heads up instead of waiting damn near 3 hours to be told idk when I’ll be done

I found this shop online and met with the owner, Bo, because I had a unique situation with my convertible. There was no way to mount a rear-facing dashcam on the glass, so it needed to be installed inside, and he explained I’d also need a stand tall enough to give a clear view whether the top was up or down. It took me awhile, but after I finally found the right mount, I went over and spoke to Bo and we went over the install. The next day the job I went in and the job took about two hours, and I am 10000% pleased with the result. If you need a dashcam, stereo, or alarm installed, this is your guy. Clean work with fair pricing. Ignore the area.
